Job Summary
The Coil Prep and Finisher will support the winding operation team in the production department. The role includes mechanical tasks, safety maintenance, and documentation in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare counter shields, assemble stick and tube assemblies, pre‑load spacers.
Assemble vertical wind outs, bend, burn, anneal, clean, and wrap leads.
Remove coils from winding machine and up‑end.
Fill required paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Keep the work area safe, neat, and clean.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
On‑the‑job training provided.
Moderate physical exertion; ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Must wear ANSI‑approved steel‑toe safety shoes and safety glasses.
