As an Assistant Teacher, you will work alongside lead instructors to help create engaging, safe, and organized classes for students of all ages and beginner levels. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring young dancers and being part of a vibrant dance community.

Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers during recreational dance classes.
Help students stay focused, engaged, and confident throughout class.
Demonstrate basic dance movements and help with technique corrections when needed.
Support classroom management and maintain a fun, safe environment.
Assist with stretching, warm-ups, and across-the-floor activities.
Help prepare students for performances, showcases, and recitals.
Communicate positively with students, families, and staff.
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to support each class.
Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with children in dance, sports, education, or childcare settings.
Basic dance training or studio experience.
Energetic, patient, and encouraging personality.
Dependable, professional, punctual, and friendly.
Passion for helping beginner and recreational students grow and enjoy dance.
