
Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our Pompano Beach team. This role is the vital link between our operations and our customers, managing high-volume communication and ensuring clients stay informed and updated on their projects.
Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing professional and helpful assistance.
Project Updates: Proactively provide customers with status updates by pulling information from our internal systems and current reports.
Data Management: Use on-hand information and reporting tools to ensure all customer records are accurate and up to date.
Operational Support: Work closely with the Install Manager to ensure customer inquiries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Skills
Front Desk (2 years of experience preferred)
Receptionist Duties (2 years of experience preferred)
Answering Phones (2 years of experience preferred)
Data Entry (3 years of experience preferred)
Qualifications
Years of experience: 2 years
Experience level: Entry Level
Education
High School (required)
