Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote opportunity focused on telehealth services. This role involves working with clients who need support with family dynamics, relationship strain, anxiety, communication issues, and everyday emotional challenges. The LMFT will provide consistent clinical care, guide treatment planning, and help clients move toward healthier relationships and improved emotional well‑being.
Responsibilities
Deliver remote therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical interviews
Develop, implement, and review treatment plans
Keep detailed and accurate records in the electronic health record system
Support clients with evidence‑based treatment approaches
Track progress and modify interventions when clinically appropriate
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
Active LMFT license in New Jersey
Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting
Strong assessment, communication, and treatment planning skills
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
