- Established group practice located 30 minutes from downtown Chicago
- Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Approximately 1:5 call rotation
- Opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests and shape practice around personal goals

- Office location: Munster, Indiana
- Nurse Practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Fully integrated EPIC EMR (HIMSS Stage VII designation Äì top 5% nationally)
- Dedicated EMR support team available

- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Unrestricted Indiana license or eligible for unrestricted Indiana medical licensure
- Eligible to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits
