Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)
Location: Hyannis, MA
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice in a beautiful Cape Cod setting. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients
Conduct outpatient visits and manage ongoing patient care
Maintain regular communication with patients (in-person, phone, or electronic communication)
Coordinate care and refer patients to specialists when appropriate
Ensure continuity of care and build long-term patient relationships
Requirements
MD or DO degree
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts
Ability to work in an outpatient-only setting
Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
Qualifications
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Strong clinical knowledge in primary care
