Summary
As a Surveillance Investigator Trainee, you protect the integrity of our operations. Under senior investigators you use surveillance equipment to monitor, document, and report illegal, suspicious, or non‑compliant activities across all property areas. You stay informed on gaming operations, surveillance procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment.

Responsibilities

Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.

Monitor guest and employee activity using a CCTV surveillance system to identify, document, and report illegal, suspicious, or non‑compliant behavior.

Conduct routine audits, player evaluations, close watches, and department‑specific reviews.

Perform tape/VCR checks and dealer pace audits as assigned.

Maintain working knowledge of current gaming operations, surveillance procedures, and internal controls.

Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1 year of law enforcement, security, or surveillance operations experience preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Requirements

Safety‑sensitive position requiring successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana.

At least 21 years of age.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.

Obtain and maintain all required work cards.

Verify right to work in the United States.
