Quality Janitorial and RestorationService is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician.
We are seeking a versatileworker that can adapt well and thrive in various environments.
Responsibilities
Report to Janitorial and/or RepairsDepartment managers daily for assigned tasks.
Janitorial Aspect of Position
You will be performing specialtycleaning jobs.
Fill in for janitorial personnel duringtimes of absence.
Floor technician experience preferredbut not required.
Warehouse Aspect of Position
Must be able to operate a forklift.
Will be asked to offload incomingfreight.
Load and unload equipment for repairsand rentals.
Clean equipment for repairs and rentals.
Clean and stock shelves.
Move and organize inventory items.
Requirements
Possess a valid driver’s license
Able to pass a drug screening
Must be able to lift 60 lbs
Be a team player with anenthusiastic attitude
Great attendance
