TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a community hospital Emergency Department in North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for physicians interested in nocturnist-only or mixed day
ight schedules. Residents are accepted, though prior independent Emergency Medicine experience is preferred due to the solo coverage model.

Clinical Environment
Emergency Department: 22 beds
Staffing Model:
Single physician coverage
Two Advanced Practice Providers providing split coverage
Average Daily Volume: Approximately patients
Hospital Support:
24/7 Hospitalist coverage
24/7 Radiology coverage
Scope of Services:
General Surgery
OB/GYN
Orthopedics
Primary Care
Urology
Transport: Strong air and ground support for immediate patient transfers
Candidate Requirements
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine
Comfortable practicing as a solo provider
Able to manage a broad range of emergency presentations independently
Residents accepted; experienced candidates preferred due to solo coverage expectations
