Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

JOB INFORMATION:

• EMR: Epic
• Coverage Dates: May 2026 - Ongoing for at least 6 months
• Shift Schedule Details & Duration: 8 hour shifts = 9:00 - 5:30 pm and 10:30 - 7:00 pm shifts are available (8 hours); All other shift times start at 6:30 am (10's & 12's)

Will include a 30-minute lunch break - using badge to clock in and out of the hospital Guaranteed Work Week = Total # of hours minus 2 weekly 4. Is call required? No call, no weekends 5. Rotation: Monday - Friday only 6. # of ORs : 289 beds , 12 ORs 7. Type of Anes Model: Supervision 8. Supervision ratio 1:5 9. Case types: General, ortho, Healthy peds, some trauma, comfortable with OB but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum length of commitment: Will look at part-time candidates but need to be 2 days per week or 1-2 weeks per month; Strongly prefer full-time candidates
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days • Temps Available? (Requirements for temps, timeframe): No
• Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS • PA License ; Active PA RN License required - cannot use compact
• Miscellaneous Information: 3 PA clearances, drug screen, TB + immunizations required for assignment
