This is a grant funded assignment with a projected end date of 06-30-2026; renewal based on available funds and needs of MCCCD.

Job Summary:

Assists faculty and professional staff with the planning, processing and coordination of educational opportunities. Provides student service program support, advisement and information resource referrals.

Essential Functions

20% – Assists in providing program or procedural information related to the completion of forms and other related documentation using established standards and procedures.

20% – Prepares and maintains routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, documents, records and files according to work‑specific direction and established standards.

20% – Retrieves information and enters/updates information in reports, logs or other documentation/record‑keeping system.

20% – Monitors supplies inventory, orders supplies, and/or processes and monitors supply requisitions.

10% – Monitors and tracks expenses and may assist with the development of budget related materials and proposals.

10% – Adheres to applicable policies and procedures and performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and one year of clerical, administrative office support or related experience.

OR

An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full‑time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with incarcerated students in a prison setting.

Experience working with online student databases.

Demonstrated experience working with a variety of computer software.

One (1) year of full‑time relevant MCCCD experience during the previous two (2) years.

Special Requirements
Possession of a valid State of Arizona Class D Driver's License may be required for some assignments.

Special Working Conditions
Travel to campus during interview/selection process will be at candidate's own expense. Required travel or assignment to all MCCCD locations. May require prolonged periods of viewing a computer screen.
