About The Role
This internship will provide an opportunity to support Human Resources (HR) data and technology for the North America (NA) region, while gaining hands‑on experience with the analytical side of workforce and talent management. The NA HR Technology Intern will be an embedded member of the team driving HR system upgrades and implementation, playing an active role in change planning, process documentation, user acceptance testing, and end‑user training. The role will also assist with project management, compliance reporting and audit preparations, and continuous improvement of both user experience and technology performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of new modules for the NA Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including but not limited to:

Managing project schedules, status reporting, and risk mitigation plans

Documenting requirements, workflows, test scripts, and configurations

Assisting with change management activities such as communications, training, and feedback collection

Creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and reference materials

Testing and auditing system performance and usage

Providing adoption support to HR users, managers, and employees

Assist with day‑to‑day management of HR systems, including reports, dashboards, password resets/activations, and troubleshooting

Helping identify and address data discrepancies, compliance risk, and process improvement opportunities

What You’ll Bring

Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related area of study

Basic knowledge of HR technology and analytics; coursework and/or practical experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), talent planning/succession management technology, and similar is preferred.

Basic proficiency in the MSOffice Suite, especially MS Excel

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

The pay for this role in Fresno, CA is $22‑32/hr and is based on the candidate’s experience, position responsibilities, and geographic location.

Interns whose permanent addresses more than 35 miles from the work location are eligible for a stipend to offset relocation and housing costs.
