The responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Front Desk Staff will also ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, as well as offer exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing Receptionist Duties
Strong Customer Service skills paired with clear and professional Communication abilities
Basic Computer Literacy to manage scheduling software and patient records
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
