Location: New York City, NY
Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 / year
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business relationships with real estate investors, owners, and brokers
Correspond with clients via phone, email, and in‑person meetings
Review property‑level financial information to determine potential loan options and feasibility
Stay informed and up to date with evolving commercial real estate finance guidelines
Oversee the loan process from engagement to closing
Required Experience & Skill Sets
Must be a go‑getter and take initiative to solve problems
Outgoing personality with a knowledge and passion for real estate
Experience with reaching out to potential clients in a business‑sourcing role
Comfortable working within a team
Strong communication skills with banking institutions, vendors, and internal staff
Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time‑management skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
