This role focuses on shop floor upkeep and machine operations and repair.* **Schedule:** 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).* **Compensation:** Starts at **$26.39/hr**, plus a **$1.00 shift differential**.* **Growth:** Rapid pay progression with the potential to reach a top rate of **$29.99/hr** within your first year.**Essential Functions*** Responsible for general knowledge of any / all job-related machinery, equipment, and work instructions.* Preventative upkeep of equipment* Oil buggy operation and maintenance* Minor repairs such as straightforward mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues* Communication with leadership regarding any concerns* Lift truck operation* Maintain a clean work environment* Ability to follow all safety protocols including LOTO and ensure the facility meets all safety standards* Regular cleaning and lubricating of moving machinery parts* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and parts used utilizing CMMS software* Monitor stock levels of parts and supplies to prevent repair delays* Assist Maintenance Tech II in diagnosing complex machinery malfunctions* Hi-Rise operation* Some electrical work* Other duties as assigned**Position Qualifications*** Ability to work safely* Ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to 50lbs and up to 100lbs with assistance* Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and work in awkward spaces* Licensed forklift operator* High level of eye-hand coordination to operate specialized hand and power tools* Basic computer skills* Not afraid of heights**Experience*** At least 3 years' experience in a maintenance role* Previous work experience in a fast-paced industrial setting* Related technical or mechanical experience preferred**The Perks & Payoff!** ***DAY 1***.
