Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer based in Colorado Springs, CO. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing civil engineering projects, preparing detailed construction plans and blueprints, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The role also involves conducting site inspections, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
Expertise in structural analysis and civil engineering design principles
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other similar tools
Strong project management and organization skills, including scheduling and budgeting
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and construction practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred
Experience in site development, transportation, or infrastructure projects is advantageous
