Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine, maintains the cleanliness of the work area, and sorts and stages the rolled mats for customer delivery. The position is a performance-based incentive pay structure, requiring the Mat Roller to meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.13 and $17.50 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and other factors.
