Job Objective
Grading trenches
Positioning pipe
Remove, fill, or compact earth
Construction site prep‑work
Loading and unloading construction materials
Skills Required
Ability to read or learn to read blueprints
Ability to understand or learn grade rod reading and calculation of slopes
Ability to operate basic hand tools, small power tools and other construction related equipment
Physical Requirements
This work is physically demanding
Requires the ability to work in all weather
Requires the ability to perform tasks on all areas and aspects of a construction project
Requires the ability to climb ladders for heights of up to 20 feet, and crawl for distances of 50 feet
Requires the ability to work with tools, pipe / sheet metal and materials
