Pet Paradise is looking for individuals with a passion for pets to organize and manage daytime play groups at our Woodstock resort location.
Starting Rate: $13.00/hour ($0.50 increase 6 months from hire date, additional $0.50 increase on annual anniversary date)

Essential Functions of Playtime Coordinator
Interacting with and monitoring dogs in play areas (play-yard and pool); using appropriate toys and tools to ensure a safe level of play
Maintain visual observation of dogs at all times and spread attention and play among all dogs in playgroup
Minimizing stress levels of all dogs in the playgroup and handling aggressive or unusual behaviors
Controlling levels of play by following procedures and instructions provided by management and utilizing proper dog handling techniques
Assisting the team with cleaning and play-yard maintenance duties
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
True passion for working with animals
Ability to work in all-weather conditions (heat and humidity); will be exposed to pool water
Comfortable being around dogs of all sizes and physically able to handle dogs of all sizes and to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must be able to work under conditions that require sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing and grasping
Flexibility to resort schedule needs including days, night, weekends, holidays, and peak times
