Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pull items from high-bay racking using a tow motor
Stage and organize outbound freight according to shipment schedules
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
Collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are completed on time
Requirements
Must Have:
Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
Ability to lift heavy items and remain on your feet for extended periods
Experience operating a tow motor
Strong reliability and consistent attendance record
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
Nice to Have:
Experience working with high-bay racking systems
Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems
