
Event Warehouse Assistant, Temporary Position

Overview
The annual Esri User Conference (UC) is the largest gathering of GIS professionals in the world! Join our events marketing warehouse team to support this exciting event. Warehouse staff will assist with shipping and receiving freight, loading and unloading trucks, and keeping the warehouse stocked and clean. You will also support warehouse logistics through coordinating orders, material handling, and order preparation.
Responsibilities
Prepare, pack, and stage outbound freight for events
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Track inventory levels and rotate stock as needed
Pull and prepare materials for event orders and teams
Assist with truck loading and unloading
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Ability to lift and move up to 40lbs as needed
Familiarity with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate as part of a team

Recommended Qualifications
Forklift operation experience or certification
Strong customer service skills, especially in fast-paced settings
Total Rewards
The pay range for this position takes into account education level and previous relevant work experience to include specialized skill sets. Students who meet minimum qualifications during their assignment may also qualify for 401(k) and profit share.
A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is: $20 USD - $20 USD
