
Reimbursement Budget Analyst

Position Overview
This position is a member of the O2C Reimbursement Team within Platform Services, supporting Coca-Cola North America Foodservice. The Budget Analyst will support various members and levels of the Sales organization and will primarily be responsible for managing the Customer Reimbursement process and all associated analyses. The role also involves verifying that reimbursement funding complies with approved contractual agreements between the Company and its customers. The analyst must maintain collaborative relationships across the CCNA organization, including finance, sales, volume, marketing, and corporate audit.
Key Responsibilities
Creation and maintenance of Beverage Marketing programs in BRIM.
On‑going financial training and education for the Sales organization.
Addressing auditor questions as needed.
Managing prepaids and lease revenue.
Providing various Sales and Management ad‑hoc requests.
Function Specific Activities
Ensure contracts with customers and bottlers are administered in compliance with established terms.
Develop, maintain, and monitor internal controls, administrative systems, and processes that ensure accurate recording of the Company's financial results.
Conduct final checks of financial material to confirm methodology, reasonableness, and propriety before distribution.
Review inputs to verify completeness and accuracy of entered data.
Oversee methodology, inputs, and compliance with policies to maintain accurate reporting and data integrity.
Provide financial information by downloading or running reports for routine requests such as brand contribution, profit and loss, DME, and expenses.
Identify and resolve outstanding financial and operational issues or inquiries with appropriate HQ functions, field management, and Coca-Cola Financing management.
Manage and coordinate ongoing communication, maintenance, and monitoring of standard data and performance measures.
Calculate and fulfill financial commitments to external clients based on customer agreements.
Identify and research data integrity issues.

Strong experience in Excel, PowerBI, and related applications, with the ability to navigate large data sets.
Ability to file source documents logically and rationally.
Understanding of business transactions, including accruals, customer agreements, and marketing program operations in BRIM, and their accounting implications.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles such as debit and credit in transactional processes.
Capability to understand and resolve data inconsistencies or variances.
Compensation
Pay Range: United States of America: $63,000 - $75,200
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 7.5
