Role Description
The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting the general manager. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory, monitoring food safety and cleanliness standards, and handling customer inquiries or complaints. The Assistant Manager will also support financial operations, including tracking sales and controlling costs, while fostering a positive work environment for team members.
Qualifications
Experience in team management, leadership, and staff supervision
Strong organizational and multitasking skills for handling daily operations and schedules
Knowledge of food safety standards and maintaining a clean and compliant restaurant environment
Customer service and problem-solving skills for effectively addressing guest concerns
Basic financial management skills to assist with budgeting, cost control, and sales tracking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in hospitality management is a plus
