What You Will Do
Build Meaningful Relationships: Engage members in conversations to understand their financial needs and goals.
Provide Financial Solutions: Recommend and explain accounts, loans, and other financial products tailored to each member.
Educate & Empower: Help members make informed decisions that support their financial well‑being.
Deliver Excellent Service: Accurately process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
Be a Trusted Resource: Serve as a reliable point of contact for members by offering guidance, support, and proactive solutions.
Support Member Success: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and enhance the overall member experience.
What You Bring
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (or work release papers).
Service‑Oriented Mindset: Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
Relationship‑Building Skills: Ability to establish trust and create lasting connections.
Strong Communication Skills: Clearly explain products and services with confidence.
Empathy & Active Listening: Ask thoughtful questions and provide personalized solutions.
Team‑Focused Attitude: Positive, collaborative, and dependable.
Commitment to Helping Others: A genuine desire to support members through every stage of their financial journey.
Your Schedule:
This part‑time role offers a set schedule: Monday‑Friday, 1:00 PM - 6:15 PM, with some Saturdays required from 8:45 AM - 2:15 PM. Enjoy your evenings and Sundays free to recharge!
