Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Excellence: Perform routine tasks in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
Resident Satisfaction: Address service requests professionally and promptly.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure safe and compliant maintenance work.
Property Inspections: Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with property management, contractors, and vendors.
On-call Emergencies: Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues for resident safety and comfort.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in property maintenance or related field.
Technical Skills: Problem solving, ability to work independently, plumbing, electrical.
Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of safety standards, and Fair Housing.
