Urology Physician Locums Job in Illinois Scheduled Clinic Hours Only ASAP - Ongoing Assignment

ASAP Ongoing
Two weeks on/two weeks off

Shift Description
Monday Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Requirements
Board Certified in Urology
Must have active Illinois license
ACLS, BLS

Assignment Details
Patients per day: 20 patients per day in the clinic setting
Support staff: RN, CMA, PA, and APP
Other physicians on staff: 3 physicians in the department
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing timeline: 90 days for full privileges
Facility size: 330 beds
Trauma level: Level I

Procedures Required
Cystoscopy
Urethral dilations
Pelvic exams
Prostate exams
Prostate biopsy

Patient Population
100% adult patients (Average patient age: 68)
