
AMRAAM Production Engineering All-Up-Round (AUR) Integration Product Team Lead (

What You Will Do
Manage a cross‑functional team of up to 12 members including electrical and mechanical Responsible Engineering Authorities (REAs), test equipment engineers, and Configuration Management.
Update, maintain, and improve technical documentation for prime hardware and test equipment.
Lead and support TE design verification testing / data collection, prove‑in activities and sustainment and maintenance while ensuring technical rigor.
Analyze data related to factory test equipment, throughput and yield and make recommendations for their improvement.
Lead major Failure Investigations on safety significant items.
Interface with program and factory chief engineers to ensure engineering alignment with constraints, improvements, and routine changes.
Partner with Value Stream Managers (VSM) and Value Stream Leads (VSL) to ensure factory has the program support needed to maintain desired production throughput and yield rates.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME), Product Test Engineers (PTE), and Manufacturing Engineers (ME) to ensure they are working in lockstep with your REA team members.
Communicate with suppliers and travel when necessary to support critical constraints and important reviews.
Manage material and labor budgets for the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and report deviations weekly in front of peers and Program Manager (PM).
Maintain a project tracking system, holding REAs accountable for their projects and reviewing list a minimum of once per week with each REA.
Innovate to create improvement projects improving throughput and yield across multiple factories including Andover CCA factory and Tucson RF/EI factory.
Recognize REAs on team amongst their peers and leadership for project wins and excellence.
Execute qualification efforts.
Manage and execute Scope Board Projects.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Experience with the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments.
Experience with program management tools such as EVMS, Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.
Experience with budget, schedule, Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and financial performance report generation with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering programs.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience in managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
Experience in failure investigations.
Familiarity with CREO, cPDM, and analysis tools.
Understanding of TE product development cycle.
EVMS certification, Program Management certification, or equivalent to Raytheon PM Level 6 certification.
Experience collaborating with program office, cross‑functional teams, and internal/external customers.
Strong influential communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present analytic and performance results from program to functional leadership.
Experience in small/medium program execution.
Demonstrate understanding of engineering development, transition to production, production, and maintenance.
Experience with BOE development.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
