Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Production Operator - Temp to Hire.
Job Overview:
Hands‑on production role supporting manufacturing operations. Operate equipment, perform cleaning and assembly tasks, package materials, and complete basic documentation while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Requirements:
Manufacturing, medical device, or warehouse experience preferred
Able to lift up to 25 lbs overhead
Comfortable working with machinery, cleaning, and measuring tools
Read, write, and speak English
Reliable transportation
Team‑oriented and detail‑focused
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred
1-2 years related experience a plus
