
Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Responsibilities
Support manufacturing operations through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Perform diagnostics on robotic arms, CNC equipment, and vision systems.
Fabricate and repair custom fixtures and tooling to support production.
Maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, boilers and compressed air.
Respond to facilities maintenance requests from office and non-manufacturing areas.
Qualifications
2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Functional knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation.
Experience with robotic systems and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer literacy.
Basic welding, machining, and fabrication skills.
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in a variety of environmental conditions.
Must be able to bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces.
Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Shift/Hours
6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
2hrs regular OT, more available (after shift or on weekends)
Compensation
The hourly pay for this role is:
$32.00 to $38.00/hr . Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
