About the Job
Domino’s Pizza is looking for Assistant Managers who can lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure our customers receive the best pizza delivery experience.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all activities during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set a positive example for crew, enforce 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and training of new team members.
Ensure store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and profitability targets are met.
Maintain a perfect store image and adhere to brand standards.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly.
Qualifications
Operate all store equipment and manage stock from delivery to storage.
Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and maintain daily cleaning routines.
Complete inventory and associated paperwork accurately.
Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and telephone.
Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and provide correct monetary change.
Motor coordination for quick and accurate food preparation.
Ability to enter orders using a computer or touch‑screen keyboard.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
Exposure to varying indoor/outdoor temperatures, food odors, and cornmeal dust.
Manual handling of items up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of trays and equipment.
Work requires standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and reaching above 72"/down into low areas.
Operating a delivery vehicle (valid driver’s license, insured vehicle) for product delivery.
Driving to customer locations, navigating multimodal terrain, and delivering multiple orders per shift.
