Operations and Admin Coordinator
Oklahoma Saferoom and Septic, Elmore City, OK, United States
This isn't a sit-at-a-desk-and-answer-phones job. It's a high-accountability operations role for someone who loves having 15 things going at once, hates loose ends, and gets genuine satisfaction from making a busy operation run tight. If you're the kind of person who actually enjoys a clean spreadsheet, a well-tracked process, and holding people to standard — keep reading.
What's the elevator pitch for Oklahoma Saferoom and Septic?
At Oklahoma Saferoom and Septic, we’re not your typical office. We’re a fast-growing, multi-location manufacturing and service company that builds storm shelters and septic systems across Oklahoma. We’re proud of what we make because it matters — keeping families safe and communities running.
We’re lean, gritty, and hands-on. Our team shows up every day ready to solve problems and keep things moving forward. We believe in professionalism, consistency, and teamwork — but we also know things don’t always go as planned. Around here, grit matters just as much as skill.
We serve our customers by providing:
On Time Delivery- Time is money! By showing up on time, our installers are able to take on more jobs.
Quality Products- By making sure each product meets our high standards of quality, there are less warranty and repair calls to take time away from the important work of selling and installing new jobs.
Commitment to partnership- We stand behind our installers. When issues or complications arise, we work with them to resolve issues for their customers and stand behind our product with lengthy warranties.
