Well-known fashion brand is looking for a savvy Site Merchandising Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years eCommerce experience within fashion or beauty, works well cross-functionally and has experience within Shopify.
Oversee online product presentation and ensure items are effectively displayed to drive engagement and sales
Plan and execute website updates, including product launches, seasonal features, and promotional events
Use performance data and customer behavior insights to optimize product placement and navigation
Partner with marketing, creative, and inventory teams to align site experience with campaigns and stock availability
Improve product pages with clear, compelling content that supports purchase decisions
Track site performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion and revenue
Coordinate visual content production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets
Maintain organization of digital assets and workflows to support efficient site operations
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools
Strong understanding of online customer experience and product presentation best practices
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Experience in a fashion or consumer-focused brand environment preferred
