
Warehouse Loader (Full Time)

Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the full-time Warehouse Loader position is responsible for assisting in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance.
This labor-intensive role involves loading bulk and route trucks, requiring attention to the accurate loading of outgoing and unloading of incoming shipments. You will work from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and electronic pallet jack, ensuring compliance with shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions. The position demands lifting a high volume of cases (20–45 pounds per case) repeatedly over long shifts and operating across various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Load trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and placing them into the bays of a route truck.
Build loads from order sheets using a forklift and electronic pallet jack.
Ensure product is rotated on trucks and in the warehouse following expiration dates.
Oversee accuracy in loading and comply with shipper/receiver documentation and warehouse instructions.
Clean and repackage product as set forth by RBDC standards.
Dispose of damaged or Out of Code (OOC) product once approved by the Operations Manager.
Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Forklift operation experience is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus.
English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to lift a high volume of cases (20–45 pounds per case) repeatedly over long periods.
