Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role located in Bay City, MI. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining efficient communication with drivers and customers. Additional responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with team members to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage schedules, routes, and delivery timelines
Proficiency in communication and problem-solving to effectively interact with drivers and customers
Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics is a plus
Experience with dispatching software or related tools (TMW)
Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or transportation management is an advantage
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
