Production Operator - Filler (Seasonal)

Overview
Meadow Gold Dairy in Great Falls MT has immediate job openings for fast paced and motivated production operators to perform any combination of filling, boxing, and palletizing products, loading, and working any station or line that is assigned. Additionally, production operators are responsible for safely operating various materials and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, or dock environment.
Responsibilities
Perform any combination of filling, boxing, palletizing, loading, and operating at assigned station or line.
Safely operate materials and handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, or dock environment.
Compensation
Seasonal operators can make up to $19.00 per hour.
Schedule: 4–10 hour work weeks starting May 4 through September 15.
There are no benefits during the seasonal period; potential for conversion to permanent position for the right candidate.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary; manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 high
Must be able to work in a wet environment and at temperatures 35–40°F
Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays
May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals
