Overview
Atlantic Region CBO:
The Atlantic Region Central Billing Office ("ARCBO") or ("CBO") provides business office services including billing, collections, cash posting, pre-access management, variance, and customer service to our affiliated Universal Health Services hospitals.
Responsibilities
Provides initial and ongoing training to staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Meet with Payment Analysis Manager - East regularly to effectively communicate and resolve issues, set and prioritize goals and improve processes.
Assist with staff communication, providing updates, resolving issues, setting goals and maintaining standards.
Assist with assuring overpayments and collections are researched and processed with accuracy.
Answer questions and assist staff with day to day issues.
Assist Payment Analysis Manager - Millennium with development and implementation of project and department action plans.
Help resolve issues identified for process improvement as identified by the refund or variance staff.
Review and/or create daily, weekly and monthly reports as assigned.
Monitor daily productivity of each Refund/Variance Analyst to assure defined goals and objectives of department are met.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred
1-3 years healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Customer focused both internally and externally, strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, strong 10 key data entry, and excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
