Position Title:

Human Resources Manager - M&T Bank Stadium

Pay Range:

$65,000 to $75,000

Job Summary
Drive the people‑first culture behind exceptional experiences. As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee daily HR operations, support team member engagement, and ensure compliance while partnering with leadership to build a strong, inclusive workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3+ years of HR experience

Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP) preferred

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Address employee relations concerns and conduct investigations

Support performance management and training initiatives

Maintain employee records and HR systems

Partner with leadership on staffing and workforce planning

Daily Tasks

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities

Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR issues

Maintain HR records and documentation

Monitor compliance with policies and regulations

Assist with training and development programs

Generate HR reports and track key metrics

Overarching Tasks

Support workforce planning and staffing strategies

Ensure compliance with all employment laws

Improve employee engagement and retention initiatives

Assist in performance management processes

Implement HR policies and best practices

Partner with leadership to support operational goals
