Operations Associate - South Bay/Peninsula

Our mission is to rid the world of the chore of laundry. We are a ground‑floor startup that recently closed a seed round led by Initialized Capital.
We’re looking for an Operations Associate to help build our operations foundation. This is the first Ops Associate hire. The role reports directly to the CEO and Head of Operations and expects you to manage ambiguity, problem‑solve, and own initiatives that improve operations and customer service in Austin with a view to national expansion.
Compensation includes a significant equity component, health benefits, and free laundry service.

Key Responsibilities
Scrubber onboarding and management
– maintain the pool of Scrubbers, provide feedback, and improve the Scrubber app.
Location partnerships
– visit and onboard laundry partners, optimize locations for Scrubbers and customers.
Logistics
– work with delivery and robotics partners to integrate them into NoScrubs’ operating model.
Customer Service
– handle inbound outreach, investigate and root‑cause analyze order issues.
Proactive project ownership
– identify opportunities for improved operations, customer experience, and support national expansion.
We look for people who describe themselves as hustlers, outgoing, energetic, scrappy, or relentless. Spanish speaking is a bonus.
