Talent Acquisition Senior Consultant – Executive Recruiting

Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and assess top talent for leadership positions to support Capital Group’s mission.

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment efforts, designing and executing strategic sourcing strategies.

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver a world‑class leadership recruiting experience.

Build and manage candidate pipelines using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Avature.

Manage robust assessment processes and deliver strategic talent insights.

Shape recruitment strategies using data and market insights, influencing decision‑making at senior levels.

Serve as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders championing innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Previous experience in executive recruitment, ideally within financial services or investment management.

Excellent at balancing multiple stakeholders and delivering a high‑touch, candidate‑focused recruitment process.

Strong skill in designing search strategies and leveraging sourcing methods to efficiently identify qualified candidates.

Highly skilled communicator.

Proficient in assessment skills, providing objective and insightful candidate evaluations.

Strong time‑management and ability to execute multiple searches simultaneously.

Trusted talent consultant with strong relationships to business leaders and HR partners.

Strategic expertise in talent acquisition, advising senior leaders on attracting top market talent while driving innovation within the TA organization.

Strong business acumen and communication skills, collaborating effectively across teams and adapting quickly to changing business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $121,554 – $194,486.

Competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and Capital’s profitability bonus.

Company‑funded retirement contribution of 15% of eligible earnings.
