Hotel Van or Shuttle Driver
We are hiring a Hotel Van or Shuttle Driver.
We are looking for people with a passion to serve others! The Hotel Van Driver often sets the tone for a guest’s arrival or departure. It is the first point of contact guests have with our hotels, so interaction with guests is vital. You will be proactive, responsive, and caring, making a difference in delivering outstanding guest service.
Role Responsibilities
Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Assist guests with luggage.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Drive guests to and from requested destinations.
Minimum Requirements
Must possess a valid state driver’s license, successfully pass a Department of Motor Vehicles report, and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.
Preferred Qualifications
Hospitality industry experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
