About the Role
We are seeking a senior technical recruiter to support Amazon Web Services' rapid growth. You will work in a high‑growth, fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, focusing on data‑driven, process‑oriented sourcing and recruitment for our commercial sector customers.
Successful recruiters on this team set benchmarks, forecast, track metrics, collaborate across AWS, and maintain an always‑on candidate pipeline across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to attract passive, world‑class tech talent across AWS.
Build and maintain robust, always‑on candidate pipelines for tech roles across the entire AWS organization.
Become subject‑matter experts in assigned AWS flywheels and identify the best fit for each candidate.
Conduct intake and sourcing sessions with hiring managers and technical teams.
Perform proactive outreach, engagement, and initial screening of technical candidates.
Partner with recruiting business partners and hiring managers to ensure seamless candidate experience.
Collaborate with the broader team to place talent wherever the best fit exists within AWS.
Continuously map target companies, talent ecosystems, and technical communities relevant to your aligned businesses.
Leverage AI‑powered tools throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
Communicate pipeline health, sourcing progress, and market insights to stakeholders via regular updates.
Contribute to team‑wide sourcing best practices, AI adoption initiatives, and process improvements.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting mid‑ to high‑level tech talent in competitive markets.
Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
5+ years of passive candidate generation experience.
5+ years working with CRM, ATS, or related applicant‑tracking software systems and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Experience working with essential tools of the trade, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range and benefits for this position are listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
