Role Description – Payroll Specialist (Majority Hybrid)
We are seeking a
Payroll Specialist
to join our growing team in a
majority hybrid role
(blend of in-office and remote work). This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing, client-focused team where your work directly impacts local businesses and their employees.
You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service. This role also partners closely with HR, benefits, and client teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Payroll processing experience (PEO or multi-client environment a plus)
Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client service mindset
Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
