About the Opportunity
I’m partnering with a well-established, privately held aviation services organization in the Dallas–Fort Worth area that plays a critical role in keeping aircraft operational and mission-ready across North America.

Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention strategies, and succession planning
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions
Oversee recruiting efforts and support hiring for professional and operational roles
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies
Support FAA-related compliance programs, including Drug & Alcohol requirements
Conduct internal audits and maintain HR documentation and reporting standards
Develop and implement training, onboarding, and leadership development programs
Drive engagement, retention, and culture initiatives across the organization
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
