Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver
Reece & Fortiline seeks a reliable and customer‑focused warehouse operator / delivery driver to join our global team. The role involves receiving, storing, and delivering materials that keep our customers’ communities safe and productive.
Responsibilities
Work cooperatively within the warehouse to receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material, maintaining inventory standards.
Verify all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
Properly load and unload materials from the truck, maintaining inventory control.
Operate the required class of vehicle.
Drive in various conditions, including urban and construction settings.
Deliver high‑quality customer service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle class.
Class C – vehicle weight 26,000 lbs or less.
Class B – box truck with a combined vehicle weight of 26,001 lbs or more.
Clean driving record.
Physical & Mental Requirements
Regular attendance and ability to maintain scheduled days and hours.
Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, squatting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Operational skills with office equipment (computers, copiers).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in problem–solving, critical thinking, and adaptability.
Learning & Development
Knowledge of DOT regulations.
Forklift certification.
Opportunities to advance into leadership, CDL driving, or sales.
