
Assistant Service Advisor - Lincoln

Holman Lincoln has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman Family!
Job Duties
Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service
Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services
Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products
Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
Provide administrative support to Service Advisors
Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent
Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor
Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position
Education and/or Training
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Relevant Work Experience
2+ years’ experience in administrative services or related fields

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.59 - $29.94 USD per hour.
