Overview
We have an opening for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR. Location: 100-198 W Thomas P Echols Ln., Shepherdsville, KY 40165. Online applications accepted only.
Schedule
Full-time schedule. Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, 12-hour shifts. More details during interview.
Requirements
Supervisory experience is required. Previous janitorial, custodial, or warehouse experience is preferred.
Compensation
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed in accordance with policy and procedures.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety goals are met.
Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
