Job Description
Domino's Pizza is looking for energetic, outgoing people to wait on their customers. The position includes taking customer orders, handling cash, making food, cleaning, and assisting Delivery Drivers.
Responsibilities
Handle customer orders.
Process cash transactions and count back change.
Operate a touch screen computer.
Multi-task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Accept constructive feedback from management.
Assist Delivery Drivers as needed.
Provide customer service; experience is a plus.
Pay Transparency
(In accordance with the Massachusetts Salary Range Transparency Law, effective October 29, 2025)
Pay Ranges (Massachusetts)
Delivery Drivers: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (Includes Tips + Gas Reimbursement)
Insiders: $15.50 – $17.00 per hour
Assistant Managers: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Plus Operational Excellence Incentives, PTO and Career Advance Opportunities)
General Managers: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (Plus Operational Excellence Incentives & Paid Time Off and Career Advance Opportunities)
