Lead in Training: Installation Technician
Do you enjoy collaboration and take pride in providing the highest quality products and services? Do you hold yourself to high ethical standards and want a position that creates tangible positive change for Central Texas residents? As a Lead in Training: Installation Technician, or L.I.T., you will work with fellow Techs and Team Leads to install PVC rainwater collection systems, build steel water storage tanks, and install water treatment systems in homes and small businesses. As you progress, your responsibility will grow as you move into a leadership position. Roles and Responsibilities
Work outdoors in all seasons and in a variety of working environments, including but not limited to, residential homes, ranches, and construction sites.
Work safely with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as a mini loader skidsteer and excavator
Plumb PVC piping sized ½” to 8” in diameter with a focus on both effectiveness and aesthetics
Maintain our production schedule while using best practices and adhering to safety protocols
Work well with team members, and maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
Train under Team Leads for direction and instruction, while building self-assuredness and providing opinions to help improve production and morale.
Help teams pack supplies, including lifting materials over 50lbs
Maintain inventory reporting for projects
Represent the company positively by respecting our clients and their property
Help maintain clean and organized worksites and company vehicles
Other tasks may include landscape restoration, and minor electrical work such as installing conduit and pulling wire, installing pumps, etc.

Position Requirements
Experience with plumbing, landscaping, irrigation, or construction a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate!
A desire to grow with the company and move into a leadership role is a must. Prior leadership experience in work, volunteer, or community roles preferred.
Reliable transportation needed to and from Oak Hill location (78736). Work will start and end at our office. Company vehicles will be driven to and from job sites.
Our work schedule is M-TH from 7AM-5PM. Pre-approved overtime is scheduled as needed.
Dress code: Company provided shirt, denim or canvas work pants, sturdy shoes with safety toe (rubber boots optional). Gloves, vests, eye protection, ear plugs, and other PPE provided as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Starting at $20/hr depending on experience, with raises provided upon hitting benchmarks.
Installation technicians with a solid construction background, a clean driving record and a TX driver’s license start at $23/hr depending on experience, with raises upon hitting benchmarks.
Paid weekly through direct deposit, with overtime after 40 worked hours.
Eligible for accrued paid time off and 6 major holidays after 90 days.
Employer subsidized health insurance through BCBSTX
Onsite job training provided, including OSHA 10 certification.
