Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

• Patient Encounters: Minimum of 18 per shift

• Patient Mix: Pediatric and adult populations

• Charting: Closure required within 72 hours

• Credentialing timeframe: days

• Nearest airport: ACV Arcata

• Housing consultation available through Open Door

Requirements:

• Board Certified Physician Assistant (Family Medicine/Primary Care)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar setting

• California PA license

• CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate required

• Active DEA before start date

• Current BLS certification

• Required immunizations: flu vaccine, TB test/X-ray results, positive titers or complete series for MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, plus Tdap within last 10 years

• CV must include month/year on work history with all gaps explained

• 30-day notice required for ending assignments

Compensation:

• Estimated hourly rate: $85 $100
