Shipping and Receiving Associate
Part‑time: Wednesday & Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Location: Lewisville, TX.
Overview
The Shipping & Receiving Associate, also known as Supply Chain Specialist, works at Catapult warehouse locations to ensure clinical supplies and equipment inventory is accounted for, packaged, and ready to ship to clinic team members or clinics directly.
How You Will Make an Impact
Plan, allocate, and assemble clinical supplies and equipment.
Pack and ship supplies and equipment for clinic events.
Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation (e.g., customs forms).
Stage, organize, and load outbound shipments for carrier pickup (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight).
Plan and prepare ice packs and coolers for daily shipments.
Process returned shipments from clinic events, removing damaged supplies and returning usable inventory.
Perform and update inventory counts, make necessary adjustments, and maintain up-to-date equipment documentation.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and, if certified, forklifts safely.
Communicate shipment tracking information with onsite teams as needed.
Perform basic equipment maintenance to keep clinical equipment clean and functional; troubleshoot or send out for repair as needed.
Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse and local office space.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies and OSHA guidelines.

Strong sense of urgency and drive to be resourceful and excel.
Ability to meet regular and reliable attendance requirements at the assigned work location for the entire shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
Self‑starter who can work with some ambiguity.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Approachable and level‑headed in stressful situations, acting with professionalism.
Comfortable working with technology such as scanners, printers, and computers.
Open to change and able to adjust effectively to new circumstances.
Detail‑oriented and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous shipping/receiving or fulfillment experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects weighing 30–60 pounds; frequently 20–50 pounds; and constantly up to 20 pounds.
Regularly required to speak, listen, stand, squat, walk, and sit for extended periods during the shift.
Ability to utilize a pallet jack.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels.
